  1. Our Returns Promise

    At HOUSE OF BANI LTD., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

     

  2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • All tags and labels must still be attached.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

 

  1. How to Return an Item
    1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@bani-pasricha.com to initiate the return process.
    2. Return Form: Complete the return form included in your package and enclose it with the item(s) you’re returning.
    3. Packaging: Safely pack the item(s) to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

  1. Refunds
    • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). In this case, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.
    • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@bani-pasricha.com.

 

  1. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please indicate this on the return form. We will send the replacement item once we receive and approve the returned item, subject to availability.

 

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email@example.com] with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for the return and cover the shipping costs.

 

  1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. This 14-day cooling-off period starts from the day after you receive the items. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us at info@bani-pasricha.com within this period.

If you cancel your order, you must return the items to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods.

 

  1. International Returns

If you’re returning an item from outside the UK, please mark your parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees applied to returns.
